At Image Finance, we are interested in purchasing secured Real Estate Notes and Trust Deeds held by individuals, entities and/or financial institutions. We entertain the purchase of loan portfolios up to $20,000,000 from investors and financial institutions alike. Upon a price agreement, the purchase will be funded in a quick fashion- typically within a few days. We pay all cash for the Note(s) when basic paperwork and title matters are in order and provided by the client.
