Every loan is handled on a case-by-case basis, but rates generally range from 10% to 13% per annum

Terms are tailored to the needs and requests of the borrower. Loans can be made for as short as 3 months to as long as 5 years.

Payments can be either interest only or amortized, depending on the borrower’s needs and wishes.

No loans generated by Image Finance have any type of prepayment penalty. Should a borrower decide to pay off all or part of a loan before maturity date, this can be done without being subject to any monetary penalties.

No upfront fees. We normally do not collect upfront fees and make every attempt to limit expenses for borrowers. Unless necessary, we do not charge appraisal fees or other substantial expenses.
